How To Plan The Perfect Bachelorette Party

If you're a maid of honor in a wedding, one of your responsibilities is to plan the perfect bachelorette party for the bride. You want to give her a night that she won't forget. It's an important night for her so you want to make sure it is perfect for her. Bachelorette parties can be hectic to plan, but there are ways to make sure that the night goes off without a hitch.

Make sure that you talk about the budget with the wedding party before planning the bachelorette party. Since everyone will be involved in the planning, you need to make sure everyone is happy with what they will be paying. You don't want anyone fighting over what they have to pay. Try to make sure that everyone has an equal share so no one has to pay more than their share. Make sure that the bride doesn't have to pay because it's her night.

Step #1 You need to pick a date for the party. The bride can be included in the planning as long as it is not a surprise to her. If it is a surprise, you have to make sure that she's available on that day. It doesn't make sense to have the party on a night that she can't attend.

Step #2 Find out who the women are in the wedding party. They will be involved in the plans so you need to know who they are. You also want to include the mothers of the bride and groom so they won't be excluded. Find out who else the bride wants to invite so no one will be left out.

Step #3 Come up with a theme that is suitable for the bride as well as the guests. Sex themed parties may not be appropriate for everyone so you need to think of the bride and the guests when you plan the event. If the bride isn't into erotic things, you can treat her to a day at the spa. You can also take her to a fancy restaurant or to a club to celebrate as long as the budget will allow for it.

Step #4 Buy invitations that match the theme of the bachelorette party. Make sure to send them out in enough time so the guests can rsvp in time. If you're making a reservation, you need to know how many people are going to be there. You don't want to make a reservation and not have enough room for everyone.

Step #5 Make sure there's a designated driver if you go out drinking. Since a lot of people drink during the event, it is important to have a designated driver. You can also rent a limo or a bus if you have it in the budget.

Tip #1 Buy something to make sure everyone knows it's the bride's day. You can get her a tiara or a banner that lets everyone know that she is the bride. If the other guests want to stand out, they can wear banners too.

Tip #2 Remember the decorations if the party is in a home. Come up with posters and signs that feature the bride's new name. You can hang up streamers as well as put up pictures of the groom.

Tip #3 Plan games to play if the event is at home. You can play trivia games, guessing games, charades, as well as other games. Make sure the games are related to the wedding.

Tip #4 Ask the guests to pay in advance to cover expenses. You can ask them to pay you in cash. Once you get the money, you can pay for everything on the night of the event. This will eliminate any confusion over who is paying for what.

Tip #5 If you plan ahead, you can make it a special night for the bride. The important thing is to make sure that the bride has fun at the bachelorette party. Since you want the bride to have a memorable night, it's your job to make sure to plan the perfect bachelorette party.
